If you asked me to describe the ideal caretaker for my child, Juriany would check every box. She has cared for our daughter from age 11-16mo prior to starting daycare. I cannot give higher praise for Juriany as a person and caregiver. She treats my daughter as she would her own. Juriany is present and engaging with her care- never once have I seen her on her phone while working. She genuinely loves children and is a true mother figure to our daughter. Juriany taught my daughter sign language to help her communicate. She also speaks to her in Spanish so our daughter can say certain words in both Spanish and English. Juriany is extremely hard working. She is always willing to help, coming early or staying late, when we have work responsibilities outside the typical hours. She has never called out of work last minute, and if she needed time off she gave us notice and organized back up. She is an excellent communicator, and receptive to feedback. I have always felt my daughter was safe in her care. We have gotten to know Juriany's family and feel they are an extension of our own. We feel so fortunate to have had Juriany as a caregiver and give her our absolute highest recommendation without any reservation. I am certain our daughter would agree as she is so excited to see "Ani" each day and gives kisses and hugs before she leaves. As a working mom, I could only hope that my daughter would have such a wonderful person taking care of her while I was away.
