I come from a big family, having lots of nieces and nephews so caring for little ones comes naturally. I pride myself in my ability to create a fun and safe learning environment for kids of any age. I have been locally babysitting for 3 years now, as well as long-term nannying for an 18-month-old and 3-year-old. I also have done volunteer work at the YMCA and COS childcare center. I can provide transportation for pick up and drop off and after school activities. Doing homework, snack and meal prep, and cleaning around the house is something I would be happy to help with. I would describe myself as outgoing, personable and responsible. I have a passion for providing a positive impact on kids, the experience that childcare equips me with is rewarding, nonetheless. Upon interview she was a very sweet and caring person. We hired her to watch our son once a week. The second time she came to our house she was very dismissive to him. He was very fussy and she did not handle his tantrums in a professional or caring manner. We have cameras in our house and at one point she asked our 2 year old to play outside alone because "her allergies were too bad." Her attitude was poor and unwelcoming towards our son. Our son is just a typical 2 year old who wants one on one attention and that was not given to him.
