About Junji

Hi, my name is Junji, and I'm 24 years old. I studied Early Childhood Education in college and worked in a kindergarten in China before coming to New York in 2024 as an au pair. I lived with a wonderful family in Brooklyn Heights and cared for their four children, ages 6, 7, 10, and 12, for a full year. My responsibilities included school pick-ups, after-school activities, homework help, preparing dinner, tidying the kitchen, bedtime reading, and light housekeeping. After my au pair year, the family asked me to stay as their babysitter, and I continued working part-time with them from February 2025 until May 2026. I moved away in May 2026, so I'm now looking for a new family to work with. I speak both English and Mandarin and can communicate with children fully in Chinese if needed. I truly enjoy working with children and providing a safe, caring, and fun environment for them.
