I have 23 years of teaching experience in grades kindergarten through 8th grade. I have a BA in Elementary Education and a MA in Special Education with a concentration in Specific Learning Disabilities. I am very qualified to teach math and reading K-8. I have used the following two programs to both teach students and train teachers to be better teachers in the area of reading instruction. Certified F. A. S. T. Reading Instructor (currently known as Tattum Reading) An evidence-based systematic phonics program involving students ranging from grade levels visually, auditorily, and kinesthetically.
