About Julia

Hello! My name is Julia. I am a professionally trained Doula, artist, musician, and lifelong caregiver. I've had the joy of working intimately with newborns, infants, and toddlers for nearly a decade. Recently, I completed a prenatal/postpartum Doula certification course where I learned about early developmental psychology in newborns and toddlers. My experience ranges toward grade school children as well; I had the opportunity to work under the Arts Education program in New York City, where I wrote original plays and taught them to groups of elementary children. The joy I experienced teaching those kiddos solidified my appreciation for all that children have to offer! By meeting children where they're at at both mental and emotional levels, caregivers can enhance what a child brings to the table and create happier, kinder human beings in the process.
