About Juliana

Hi! I'm Juliana! I have hands-on experience caring for children of various ages through student teaching in an elementary school, working as a lead preschool teacher and daycare float/substitute, and babysitting children of various ages. These experiences have given me a strong understanding of child development and how to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. I'm CPR certified, a certified paraeducator, and have completed several DCYF trainings focused on early childhood education, development, safety, and caregiving. I love engaging children through reading, arts and crafts, sensory and imaginative play, outdoor exploration, music, puzzles, and age-appropriate learning activities. I also enjoy encouraging independence, communication, problem-solving, and social-emotional development through everyday play. Outside of childcare, I love hiking, camping, trying new foods, shopping, and spending time with my dog, Mator!
