Carol has been caring for our children for the past 4 years (taking care of my older child from 4months old to 4 years old, and younger child from 4months old-2years old). Carol is above and beyond a caring, kind, trustworthy, and talented nanny. She has an in-depth understanding of infant/toddler/child development stages. She adapts her approach and activities to meet each child where they’re at and helps our kids learn and grow. Carol is very active and keeps the kids very engaged- from visits to the library, lots of time doing outside activities, arts/crafts, music/dancing, and learning activities. Carol is the most patient person I have ever met and she has brought joy into our lives. Any family that gets to work with Carol is so lucky and we will forever be grateful for the way Carol cared for our children and helped them thrive!!
