About Julia

Hi there! I am a fun, reliable, and passionate childcare provider looking for a part time nanny position while I substitute teach this semester. I have spent this past fall semester in a third grade classroom in Denver as a student teacher, completing the final portion of my bachelor's degree in Elementary Education through Grand Canyon University! I have lots of childcare experience that has equipped me to keep kids engaged, safe, and nurtured. Some of my experience includes: being the Assistant Site Director for a day camp this past summer, teaching at a preschool, I have been a lead teacher for about 5 years at CHAMPIONS Before and After School Care, I was a college student leader for an organization supporting kids in inner-city Phoenix, and I have also attended (for the past 6 years) a week-long summer camp for kids in the foster care system. In addition to these things, I have been babysitting/nannying since I was about 15. I'd love to see if we'd be a great fit!
