I am a Home Health Aide employed with Synergy Home Care. My client lives in Oak Grove and is now entering hospice. Caregiver of the Month April 2022. I am looking for a shorter commute since I moved to Saint Louis Park. I have prior experience as a Resident Assistant in assisted-living facilities and have provided private home care with both Amada Senior Care and Loving Care Home Services. Certifications include; Medication Administration (2017), CPR and First Aid (2021), Vulnerable Adults and Dementia Training. Experienced with; Diabetes (Type I and II), Alzheimer's, Dementia, Anxiety, Depression, Parkinson's, Cancer, Hospice Care, wheelchair, walkers, transfer belts, incontinence, bathing and dressing, meal preparation. I have the confidence and communication skills needed to work with the elderly. I can stay calm, be flexible and work independently without supervision. Dependable and reliable transportation.
