I am a retired dental hygienist who provided 37 years of improving the oral health of my patients. I found it necessary to walk away due to the risks posed by COVID-19. I loved my patients and cared deeply for them. I always looked forward to catching up on their lives (joys and sorrows). This is what I miss most as I have always been a people person. I have been a caregiver all of my life providing care to a brother with special needs as well as providing care to both parents who had Alzheimer's disease. Caregiving is in my blood. I am certainly well aware of the stresses and demands placed on caregivers as they navigate the demands of their own lives, balancing the demands of their own families and careers. If I can ease that stress, if only a little that will be a rewarding retirement experience. I am CPR, BLS (Basic Life Support) trained and certified. Second dose of Covid-19 vaccine was received on 1/27/21.
