Joanna has been very clear and direct in her communication with me and with my children. She has been great at following instructions with my kids. The first time was a little rough since it had been a long time since I had a sitter. After that first time she had some suggestions that we incorporated and it helped the second time around. Her experience shows and she is very professional and polite.. My kids have nothing but good things to say and were excited that she was coming back. She knows how to be flexible and she also knows how to be firm because my kids did grumble at going to bed but they were asleep much quicker this time and they did listen.
