From the very beginning we (and our little boy, E) fell in love with Jess. She was E's nanny for 4 months (E's age for reference: 5-9 months old) and she became family for us. She was always very attentive and caring every time she was with him. E would get so excited every time he saw her in the morning which made me feel at ease going to work! She was also very flexible with her schedule as well. She moved away, otherwise we'd love to keep her as our nanny!
