I have dedicated my life to working with children/adults with disabilities. They hold a special place in my heart. I grew up caring for a disabled family member requiring support 24/7. He brought so much joy into our family. His level of care changed frequently and meeting his needs was at times extremely challenging. I am mindful of my experiences while providing care and strive to achieve meaningful connection in addition to a safe environment. Experience: -7 yrs ABA behavioral interventionist -2 yrs ABA program supervisor -10 years Special needs Case Management, caseload Ages 3-70 -Currently a Skill Dev Therapist: focus on community integration, independence, and inclusivity -comfortable providing care/behavioral support for children without disabilities, the level of support would need to be discussed prior to hire -love animals, comfortable with pets Rate will be dependent on level of care.
