Hello! My name is Tanya Ramirez. I am a compassionate, dependable 27-year-old professional with over seven years of hands-on experience supporting children with special needs. I currently work with the GGUSD, where I provide individualized support to students with moderate to severe disabilities. I have worked with children from transitional kindergarten (TK) through middle school, including students with intensive behavioral needs. I am deeply committed to creating a structured, supportive, and nurturing environment where every child feels safe, understood, and empowered to succeed. I am ABA certified and bilingual in English and Spanish. I bring a calm, patient, and positive approach to my work and pride myself on being flexible and responsive to each child's unique needs.
