Jennifer took great care of our 7 weeks old son! She was caring, kind and super reliable. We felt safe and comfortable with her. She did an amazing job bottle feeding our baby and timing his naps etc.

Booked Jennifer for Tuesday daytime help with my 2 year old son.  Received a confirm the night before through the portal that the daycare was booked.  On the morning of, I went to confirm with her directly and she said she booked another job.  Left our family in a tough spot that disrupted both parent work schedules. 

We adored Jennifer. She was instantly warm and put us at ease right away. Her profile and reviews stood out from the others on the platform, and she more than lived up to them. We needed childcare for our 6-month-old baby boy during an 8-hour day while we attended a corporate event, which felt like a big step as we had never left him for more than a couple of hours before. Jennifer was fast to respond and spoke with me in advance, which really calmed my nerves. We spent some time together as a family at the start so everyone could get familiar, then she cared for him beautifully on her own. Our baby has been exclusively breastfed with just a little formula and is a notoriously fussy napper, but she handled both feeding and nap times with such confidence. She has a wonderful natural touch and our baby warmed to her straight away. She gave our baby her full attention, kept him happy all day, and sent thoughtful updates on WhatsApp, which was so reassuring. What mattered most was that our baby was calm and cheerful afterwards — it reassured me that he had felt secure and well cared for throughout the day. We felt completely at ease knowing he was in such good hands and would book Jennifer again.

Jennifer worked for us for about a week and the plan was to make this a reoccurring part time position. However she canceled last minute for 2 different shifts, one which affected my work,  and when working did not show any initiative with my 2 little ones. I would expect a lot more from someone with so much experience who is charging on the high end of hourly pricing. 

Jennifer helped me with a last minute emergency, and I’m very grateful for her help. She arrived early, was professional and she was very sweet in how she worked with my 4-year-old.
I’d definitely use her again.

Jennifer was a pleasure to work with! She’s a true professional. Came with entertainment for the kids and made them feel comfortable immediately.  She did a wonderful job caring for my 4 and 1 year old while we were in town for a wedding. We felt extremely comfortable with her from the moment we met her. Highly recommend! 

Jennifer was a wonderful nanny to our 2 and 6 year old kids for a year. We all adored her! She was great with the kids, as well as taking initiative to make our lives better/easier in many ways (finding a better way to organize our bathroom counter, helping prep dinner, getting groceries, helping with laundry and cleaning, and more!). She truly felt like a part of our family. We are so grateful for the year we spent with Jennifer! 

Jennifer lived up to her stellar ratings! We called on her to look after our 20 month-old daughter while we attended a friend's wedding. She was prompt, kind and our daughter immediately felt comfortable with her. Despite the constraints of a hotel room, she adeptly adapted and ensured our daughter's safety and happiness throughout the evening. We wholeheartedly recommend her!

Jennifer was the first babysitter we hired and we feel so lucky for the time we had with her! She was nothing but an absolute pleasure and asked all the right questions upon hiring. Jennifer was so warm and playful with our baby, which put me and my partner at ease. She remained super attentive, fed and put him down for naps like a true professional. Jennifer even offered to do his laundry and folded it perfectly with care! Anyone who hires Jennifer will be happy they did.

I can't begin to express much we adore Jennifer. She's dependable, reliable, and diligent. Jennifer is now our regular after-school caregiver.  In a short time she has become part of the family.  Our kids, 3 and 6, love her and so do we.  She's a mom too so she has a mom's intuition.  She knows just what to do and does it without being asked/told.  We have no hesitations leaving our kids with her and giving her the keys to our home.  We know they will be well cared for until we get home from work.  She is a lot of fun but isn't a pushover either.  She makes sure our oldest does his homework after school even when he's giving her a hard time and wants to go play instead. 

Jennifer is amazing I feel so much ease having her watching my daughter,she keep me update with picture to keep me relax and I was able to enjoy my self without worrying. 
She's very punctual and quick to respond. 
If you're in New York for the weekend and looking for someone to babysit I highly recommend Jennifer. 

Jennifer was amazing. We were on vacation and I needed some help with my 2 boys. They loved her and had a great time. Moreover, Jennifer knew exactly what we needed and asked me a bunch of questions about their schedules, allergies, likes, dislikes, etc. I was very impressed. Hopefully she is free the next time we are in town!

We hired Jenifer for a date night while we were in New York City she was very punctual my boys enjoyed spending time with her and I would definitely use her again

Jennifer is fantastic! Our 19 month old is normally stand-offish when meeting new people but she immediately loved Jennifer. She's very warm and fun. They started playing together right away and our daughter was having too much fun to even tell us goodbye. Jennifer is very professional- she arrived early and asked all the important questions regarding my daughters needs and schedule. She even cleaned our apartment after my daughter went to bed. We will definitely be using Jennifer again.
