We are incredibly grateful to have met Daniela (Paula) through care.com. She watched our 14 mo old daughter for about two weeks, and in that time, Daniela’s vast experience with and care for children was apparent. Daniela’s knowledge, expertise, and skills were abundantly clear immediately. Our daughter typically needs time to warm up to people, but thanks to Daniela’s calm nature, she instantly felt safe and comfortable with her. Daniela spent the whole day playing with our daughter and paid particular attention to important details like multiple outfit changes to match the weather, which food she should be eating, and always followed our daughter’s lead with what she wanted to do. At this time, our schedule doesn’t match up with Daniela’s for something long term. We are hoping that this won’t be the last time she watches our daughter! If your schedule and nanny needs align with Daniela’s, you would be lucky to have her.
