About Jayla

Hello, my name is Jayla. I am a 21-year-old with a strong passion for working with children. Growing up with seven younger siblings, I have gained hands-on experience helping raise and care for kids of different ages. I have also cared for my younger cousins, which has helped me develop patience, responsibility, and strong communication skills. In addition, I have worked with a preschool company for about two years, where I gained professional experience providing safe, attentive, and engaging care. I enjoy creating fun, age-appropriate activities while also maintaining routines such as meals, homework, and bedtime. I am dependable, organized, and prioritize safety, trust, and communication.
