About Sydney

Hi, I'm Sydney! I recently graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Youth Studies and am passionate about working with children and creating a fun, safe, and supportive environment where they can grow and be themsevles! For the past two summers, I've nannied for the same family, caring for their three children. I've gained hands-on experience with different ages and personalities while helping with routines, homework, meals, activities, outings, and keeping the kids safe. During my final semester, I interned with Ramsey County Social Services alongside a child protection case manager, gaining experience working with children and families and strengthening my communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. I'm dependable, patient, energetic, and love getting to know each child individually. I'm also fluent in Spanish and enjoy incorporating creativity, learning, and outdoor activities into my time with kids!
