I've been caring for children and adults with special needs for the the past 10 years. I've worked with all ages and care needs from non verbal to fully independent and also combative care. I've been a behavioral analyst for 5 years but started respite care in 2010. I know some of the basic ASL signs including the alphabet and numbers and some essential emergency signs, I specialize in nonverbal and behavioral health. One of my main goals is to make sure they are living a functional and healthy life, encouraging them to enjoy outside activities and family events while having full support and care programs in place for safety measures.
