Hello! I'm a nanny in Tempe, Az. I've been living in the US for about five years now and I came here after I took Early childhood education classes for 4 years in Brazil. I was an AuPair in California, living for 2 years with an amazing host family and taking care of their sweet little 2 months old baby. After I finished the program, I moved in with my husband that lives here in Az, and I've been a nanny ever since! I love working with kids - specially newborns, infants and toddlers. I've worked for around 7 families here in Az, all of them would be happy to talk to future families as references. I like working with gently parenting methods, with a lot of talking, respect and love. I do not feel comfortable working in an environment that has any kind of negative (psychological, physical or verbal) behavior towards children.

Gabby is an amazing find! She worked with us Tuesdays-Thursdays, taking care of our twin infant boys from just six months old, and did so with such ease. Especially important to us, she was never late for a day of work, and her focus was always on the boys - no phone and no other distractions. She sang to them, played with them, and even on days when we saw that the boys were more fussy, said they were easy. I’ve never seen anyone so calm and patient, especially with not one, but two very young babies. She did all this, while following our schedule for the boys exactly.
