Janice has worked for us for over 1 yr, taking care of my mom. Mom had dementia when Jan started mom was still able to stand and wheelchair. After about 3 months mom was bed ridden. Jan made everyday happy for mom, Jan always made mom smile. She is great at communicating with mom who by the end had very limited verbal or functional skills. Jan made sure she was always clean and after 6 months in bed mom never had bed sores do to Janice diligent work. She is good at understanding a persons needs. I was able to talk direct and give Janice instructions that I wanted done and thing to do for mom. She always followed threw. I am very Impressed with Janice's work ethics and flexibility. My wife has stage 4 MBC and I still have Jan come by a few times a week to help us. I would definitely recommend Jan if you need a caring loving reliable person to care for your loved one.
