I have been helping take care of my Great Grandfather who is 97 years old with dementia for about two and a half years. I took a CNA course at Grays Harbor College Spring quarter 2011. During that course I have logged clinical hours and earned my certification. I worked for an in home care service for a year. I have taken my state test and have obtained my NAC (April, 2013). I am currently working for a popular grocery chain and would like to go back into healthcare and put my certification to use. I am a very hardworking individual who has a very big, warm heart, and it gives me peace of mind knowing that I can help others do what they are no longer able to do for themselves anymore. This profession really makes me feel like I make a difference in someone's life.
