Most of my life I have been the designated kid guru. Since having a connection with children came so natural to me. I decided I wanted to go to school (college) for something involving children. Right after graduation I began working with the Kansas City Public Schools. I applied for several positions mainly looking to achieve lead teacher. I started out at a Montessori school as a para while I waited for a lead position to become available. Before the school year was up, I was moved into a Co lead position at a traditional based school. The next school year becoming lead teacher. Was lead at KCPS for several years before switching to private preschool. Though most of my working history has been with preschool aged children. I have always been the go-to person for family and friends when needing help with their little ones.
