About Jamile

Hello! I'm Jamile, an experienced childcare provider with a strong background in supporting children's routines, emotional regulation, and development. I'm known for staying calm in high-energy or challenging moments and value open, consistent communication with families. I strive to provide care that feels respectful, nurturing, and intentional. I love working with children because they invite presence and honesty. The connection is immediate and real, built through trust moment by moment. Caring for children gives me purpose. As the oldest in my family and social circles, I naturally took on leadership and caregiving roles early on. I began tutoring in middle school, worked as a mentor in summer programs during high school, and later grew into roles as a program specialist and teacher. For the past three years, I've worked in early childhood nonprofit settings and currently in a Montessori school, which has deepened my passion for intentional, developmentally supportive care.
