Since 2007, I have been employed in the childcare field. I worked at Kinder-Care for about 5 years with children ages 6 weeks to 10 years old while going to UWM to get my Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education. Once I obtained my WI teaching license, I spent a year and a half working as a math interventionist for the Wauwatosa School District. I then moved to teaching K4 in the Milwaukee Public School district for 3 years and then on to teaching K3 Head Start in MPS for 3 years as well. I decided to take a break from teaching to nanny for a 3-year-old and an autistic 5-year-old. I did that for 3 years and then helped a family for a few months with their 2-year-old and 6-month-old. I am very patient, kind, and passionate about education and children. Children really are our future.

Jaime is awesome - you might just have to trust me on this one, because I'm not sure I could share all of the amazing ways she has helped raise our two daughters! We met Jaime through Kindercare, and she later became our 5-day a week nanny. She was responsible for picking our kids up from school, preparing meals, giving baths and helping with homework. But it is the little things she does that really count - like rubbing their backs until the go to sleep, reading the same book over and over (with a smile) and having a dance party for no good reason...not to mention the countless tantrums that she endured with the patience of a saint. She is reliable, responsible and FUN!
