Ali is an absolute blessing. She has been our nanny for the past 3 years and our daughter adores her. They have the sweetest friendship. When my daughter was 2 she had a really hard time adjusting to other caregivers outside of our family, but Ali would come to our house with a giant duffle bag full of toys and crafts and within a very short time my daughter would immediately run to Ali and I (mom) was like chopped liver. She's been more than just a nanny she's like part of the family. She truly loves working with children to foster their creativity and growth. My daughter is school full-time now so we don't need a caregiver much anymore, but we keep in touch and still have play dates because Ali has formed such an amazing bond with our daughter and is just another member of the village of people helping my daughter grow to be the best version of herself.
