About Jaila

Hi! I'm Jaila, 27, a San Francisco State University graduate with a degree in Business Marketing and over 8 years of hands-on experience working with children. I currently work at a school as a substitute at Aurora School. I also have experience caring for multiple children at once from my time facilitating activities at a children's play space called The Rec Room in Berkeley. Most recently, I've been caring for a 3. 5-year-old in North Berkeley (ending soon due to preschool), and I typically work with children ages 6 months-10 years, though I'm open to all ages. I love planning engaging days outside the house and regularly take kids on outings to places like Children's Fairyland, the zoo, and local libraries for story time and activities. I'm very comfortable using public transportation with children and keeping trips safe, organized, and fun.
