Provided personal care for person with disabilities and the elderly. Daily assistance and help clients in bathing, toilet use, personal grooming and dressing. Assisted clients with Basic movements and mobility. Performed basic housekeeping tasks. Helped with home organization tasks. Planned and fixed appropriate meals. Monitored client health and medication intake. Taught Clients to manage their condition(s). Transported patients to and from doctor visits, personal appointments, Social activities and shopping and errands. Work with patients who require assistance with day-to-day living with developmental disabilities . Responsible for overseeing the smooth operations of the facility. Supervise current employees and the events that take place within the facility. Also contact doctors to update medication and also contact the pharmacy. Conduct meeting on changes with clients and guardian.
