I have been working with children for 10 + years. I have provided care as young as 6 weeks and as old as 7 years. I treat each child as if he/she were my own. I work out of my own home. I speak English and Spanish and use both to care and teach. I have a music background which I also use in the care of the children. I dance, sing, play games, do crafts, and other activities that seem appropriate. My full time pay is a per child rate. It can be negotiated a bit if you have more than one child. I promise your child will be in good hands.

Ixtchel runs a fantastic, small, in-home daycare. She has been caring for our baby since he was 3 months old (he is now almost 10months). As 1st time parents, we were super nervous about leaving our baby in the care of someone else but Ixtchel calmed every single worry we had. She follows safe sleep guidelines and the home is child proofed. Everyday she keeps track of our baby’s feedings, diaper changes, and naps. As well as letting us know how his mood was all day. Our son loves to be there. She is always doing age appropriate activities that keep him busy and it shows by how well he sleeps at night and how content he is when we go to pick him up. We even get cute pictures and videos of our baby throughout the day. And a bonus, her native language is Spanish so she has been talking to our baby in English and Spanish! We cannot say enough amazing things about her. She is incredibly kind and so easy to talk to. She truly has a passion and love for childcare. We Love Mrs. Ixtchel!!!!
