My background is in Early Child Development. I was a full time nanny in Durham NC and that ended late August. I have been homeschooling for a family this fall. Stephanie is amazing! If you have the opportunity to hire her, jump on it. She's been caring for our two daughters, both of whom have special needs but are very different. She handles them expertly. They're always occupied with something constructive. One of my daughters, in particular, has shown dramatic and positive shifts in her mood and energy levels since Stephanie started working with her. Stephanie is highly punctual and an excellent communicator. I'm sad to see her go, and I know she'll be an asset to any family fortunate enough to have her.
