About Ivy

I'd describe my personality as bubbly, calm, loving. I like caring for seniors because it reminds me of being with my grandparents who have passed away. Being around seniors fills my heart with joy and happiness. I'm looking for a job that I can interact with seniors and feel a sense of accomplishment and gratitude when the day is over. I started caring for people when I was in my teens. I would go to work with my mom who was a CNA and I would help her. When she was put on hospice I took care of her as well. I also provided care for a family member diagnosed with dementia. In my spare time, I like to meditate, be around water, spend time with my children, arts & crafts, and gentle yoga. My skills include companionship, light housekeeping, dementia care, social interaction, transportation, bathing/self care needs.
