I have 10 years of experience. I cared for several elderly patients some of them had dementia. Also: I took care of my dad who had cancer and dementia and had depression. I took complete care of him after moving in with him. I was a sole provider until he passed away. I'm a patient, kind and compassionate person. I'm a mature caregiver. I do not text at work and do not watch TV unless I am told to do so by the patient or his/her family. Not comfortable around dogs but OK around cats.
