She helped teach our two youngest boys how to safely go up and down the stairs. She did exercises with them, to help them learn a good bathroom routine for potty training. She took care of them healthy or sick. Which took a lot of stress off of a parents shoulders. She helped out around the house with dishes and laundry as the needs arose. She always had the boys outside as much as the weather allowed to get their energy out. She helped our boys learn their colors and did arts and crafts with them. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable nanny to hire. We will miss her very much. She took care of our Kids for the last 2 years and our boys always come home asking for Irina.
