Ive been a professional nanny for over 20 years and am a certified Newborn Care Specialist. As a mother Im intimately aware of the needs and what it takes to raise young children. I work intentionally to be connected and engaged and my style is gentle, warm, patient, with firm boundaries and consistency. I do not have a one size fits all approach and work to learn about each child individually to help them grow and develop at their own pace. I have a daughter(5) attending kindergarten in fall. In a perfect scenario I would be able to pick her up at 3 and have her along the rest of the day but it's not a requirement. I am hoping to find a family that is definitely open to me bringing her with on no school days. Having her with me makes me a better nanny in every way as everything I do has a direct and lasting impact on her and in our home as well as in yours. Plus the benefit of her being a playmate for your children. Childcare is my passion and I love what I do.

Devorah has been an exceptional nanny to our three children and part of our family for over seven years. She has seen us through it all: the birth of our two youngest children, COVID, the birth of her daughter, and moving homes. Through every phase, every celebration, and every challenge, she has shown up and supported us, caring for our children as she would her own and managing our crazy schedules without skipping a beat. She is more than reliable - we have to remind her to take days off once in awhile! She bonds with children easily, adapts to their needs and individual personalities, and upholds rules consistently. Sadly, we can’t offer as many hours as we used to, so the time is right for Devorah to join another family. Whoever they are will be very lucky!
