Unfortunately Indiana was not a match for my family. I don't believe she is equipped to handle an 8 month old. His diaper was put on backwards, baby wipes and lotion were left open, and the baby did not take on her. Under my grandma's supervision, she saw Indiana rely heavily on TV and music on her phone to calm down the baby. Right before I got home the TV was on, the music on her phone was too high and too close to baby, she had her legs on top of his play center, while rocking a maraca and holding a book to his face - anyone that has worked with children would know that with all of that, the baby was over stimulated which he was trying to say through his tears and cries. I will not be hiring again and won't recommend Indiana for baby childcare position.
