I especially enjoy creating routines, tummy time, and supporting developmental milestones. When babies start solids, I can prepare healthy homemade purees (including bone broth if desired) and freeze them for later use. We've had the pleasure of having Melike care for our son for the past four months, and she's been wonderful. She watches our now 9-month-old 1–2 times a week, and we feel confident leaving him in her care. She has a great attitude, is dependable, and is always willing to lend a hand wherever needed. She's transparent, easy to communicate with, and receptive to feedback. If we give her any direction or make a request, she remembers it and applies it the next time—you never have to ask twice. It's clear she has a lot of experience with babies and young children, and that confidence and knowledge come naturally to her. She's attentive, caring, and knows how to keep our son engaged and well cared for. We've been very happy with her and would absolutely recommend her to any family looking for a reliable, experienced, and trustworthy nanny.
