Hello, my name is Hillary! Im currently a math/science tutor and here's a little bit about me. I've always been passionate about making learning interactive & fun. My experience as a math/science tutor has honed my ability to communicate complex concepts in a way that applies to the specific needs of each child. I'm looking forward to foster a love for knowledge to your kid(s). I'm a biochemistry major at UMass Dartmouth in route to become a pharmacist. I have been a tutor at Umass Dartmouth for one year tutoring in math/ science. I have experience in math from kindergarten - calc 3, and I have experience in science from first grade - chem. In addition to my tutoring experience, I enjoy reading & traveling to new countries. I strive to provide age appropriate activities that sparks their interest and makes learning fun. While teaching I focus on communication, creativity, & age appropriate activities. I'm looking forward to foster a love for knowledge to your kid(s).

Hillary has been amazing! She came in prepared with visual supports, academic resources and focusing strategies that have helped my 17 year old son make great strides in Chemistry. She is very knowledgeable in the subject matter and presents it in a fashion that is clear and helpful to him gaining the knowledge quickly. On top of all of these wonderful characteristics Hillary is fun with an engaging sense of humor that has even won over my grumpy teen! You won’t regret hiring Hillary!!
