Hermina has been taking care of my mother, who is 92, for about 18 months. We began when my mother needed help after returning to her retirement community after some time in a rehab unit. My mother was in pain and needed somebody for most most of the day. After that episode we hired Hermina to help my mother two hours every day. We can't say enough good things about Hermina. She has in abundance every quality anyone would want in a care giver: she's incredibly reliable, conscientious, competent and loving. My mother was very opposed to having anyone help her out, despite the need initially to recover and, later to have somebody to help her start her day getting dressed and showering. But Hermina won her over, because Hermina clearly exudes her dedication to her work. Clearly, for her the work is not just a job and that shows. I recommend Hermina without any reservations.
