Upon retiring from the Senior care field, I found that I missed spending time with fellow members of our senior population. I spent 6 years working at a retirement community in North Scottsdale, Arizona until transitioning to one-on-one in home companion care. I would love to provide companionship, conversation, and compassionate care to your beloved family member. I have been in this field since 2008 and continue to be passionate about our senior citizen population. As a mature caregiver, I find that I can be easy to relate to, given the overlapping of some life experiences. I will care for them with respect, humility and a dose of good humor thrown in! I have fingerprint clearance, a current clean background check on file, a clean driving record and am willing to cook/prepare meals as well as do light housekeeping. If there was a way I could rate May 10 stars, I definitely would. May was my mom's companion for a year and she was absolutely wonderful to work with, and so great with my mom!! May has always been very dependable and forward thinking. She notices things and communicates with the family effectively. She was very trustworthy and put in the extra effort to make things easy for my mom. I would definitely recommend her for any caregiver engagement!!
