About Hayley

Hayley comes from a multi-generational Texan family. She has always had a passion for those who are neurodivergent and education. She has a B. S. in Special Education, along with 3 teaching certifications: Special Education, ESL, and EC-6. Hayley taught special education for six years in public schools, four of which were in Transition Programming for 18 to 22-year-olds. She then became Program Manager of the Prep Day Program at JoyRide which combined both her love of horses and her passion for giving neurodivergent adults a place to interact with others purposefully.
