About Stephanie

Hello, I'm Stephanie! I have over 10 years experience teaching and tutoring typically developing children as well as children with special needs. I have spent time teaching in the public school system as both a General and Special Education teacher. I have also developed home-based programs for children with special needs. I have additional teaching endorsements in Gifted and Talented education as well as ESL supplemental (EC-12). During my time working in the public school system, I taught Reading, Writing, Math, Science, and Social Studies. I was the head of the Fourth Grade Math and Science Department, as well as the the Chairperson for the Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment sub-committee. I love working with all children and empowering them to reach their full potential! I welcome any suggestions or feedback from parents to maximize progress during tutoring sessions.
