About Haylee

Hi, I'm Haylee! I'm studying Psychology in my 4th and final year at Cal State Long Beach. I have greatly enjoyed my classes regarding child and adolescent development and psychopathology. I hope to continue in a career involving developing and caring for kids. I fell in love with working for kids ever since I started volunteering in my mom's 2nd-grade classes, helping kids read, write, and regulate social and emotional development. I have been babysitting since I was 14 and have experience being a part-time caregiver to three children under 12. I would pick them up from school, make snacks, help with homework, and plan activities for some fun 6 hours a day Monday-Friday. Combining my skills of organization, high responsibility, and flexibility with my love for helping others and caring for them allows me to give the best care I possibly can!
