Diana was our nanny for our daughter for about a year, from age 6mo to 1.5y. What makes Diana really special is her ability to connect and engage with children in their world -- they were constantly singing, playing, dancing, talking, and going on adventures together. Some nannies might scroll on their phone or watch the child from afar, but not Diana -- she was consistently hands-on and engaged, which was amazing for our daughter's development and well-being. Another wonderful thing about Diana is her network. She has sisters who are also nannies in the local area, so every week they would take all the kids to Chuck E Cheese, various parks, libraries, and all around town. They would throw parties for the kids with pinatas, cake, and gifts -- so cute! It was perfect for our daughter's socialization and friendships (which can be a concern for parents who opt for nannying instead of daycare). We always felt safe letting Diana drive our baby around taking her places because she's responsible and loves our kid our like she would her own. I also want to mention Diana's love of animals -- she offered to take care of our dog by feeding him and even walking him, which was another way she helped our busy family. If you're looking for someone who will care deeply for your children (and animals!) then Diana can be a wonderful addition to your family.
