About Hannah

I taught private piano lessons for 20 years, owning my own piano studio until last year. I love teaching both children and adults and sharing the joy of music with them. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Music from the University of Houston where I studied Music Theory and Composition with Piano as my primary instrument. Throughout my college years I sang in 4 different ensemble or choirs and then with the Houston Symphony Chorus for 7 seasons. I also attended Belmont University in Nashville for 2 semesters and this is where I learned jazz piano and continued to develop as a classical pianist. I can teach almost any style of music on the piano, including classical, pop, jazz and worship music and I love nerding out about music theory with my students. I want music to bring light and joy into every home and I can help you achieve that goal!
