Hi, My name is Hannah. I specialize in early childhood childcare as a career nanny. I've worked in a variety of childcare arrangements from working in daycare/preschool settings to part time and full time nannying and I have 11 years of experience in childcare. I have experience with twins and working in a couple nanny share arrangements and have traveled with families. I have a bachelor's degree in Communication. I love teaching the baby sign language, I love taking the kids outside to play in the parks and attend baby development and involvement classes. I thrive on organization, scheduling and open communication. My experience is with kids from infant age (6 weeks old) to school aged children. Hannah looked after our two boys from 2019 through 2023. She was a indispensable member of our family team, and had a enormously positive impact on the boys growth and development. She is a wonderful presence for young kids -- kind and loving, but firm when she needs to be. She brought a great infant/toddler skillset to the table, helping our boys learn to eat a diverse range of foods, teaching them infant sign language to empower them to express themselves, and helping them develop with good emotional regulation techniques. We had a lot of success giving Hannah a lot of trust -- she was responsible in spending any money we entrusted to her, showed good judgement when faced with ambiguous situations, and was conscientious when it came to scheduling and time off. Our second kiddo is about to enter preschool, and thanks to Hannah, he's doing so with a lot of skills and confidence. We loved our time with her. Hire Hannah!
