Hello, I'm Hallie! I am an Inclusive Early Childhood Education grad from Bowling Green State University in Ohio. With my degree, I am certified to teach Preschool through 3rd grade as well as work as an Intervention Specialist in that grade range. I have a broad range of experience that includes nannying for 10+ families throughout college and a year of experience working at school for children age 12-22 with Autism. I was a 1st grade teacher for the past 2 years and am currently a preschool teacher! I whole-heartedly believe children learn through play and learn from people who they know love and care about them. I would describe myself as responsible, kind, hard working, creative, and reliable. I love what I do and have a passion for teaching and caring for children of all ages and abilities!

Hallie is kind, energetic, and a fast learner. She can keep up with our children, one of whom is a teen with autism. She understands behavior issues and asks about expectations. She wants to take good care of the kids and make our family life run smoothly when she is on the job. She has been working with our family for more than 6 months, and we schedule her at least once/month for 5 hours at a time. Scheduling Hallie is easy. She has good communications skills and keeps an organized schedule. She has never called off.
