About Haley

I have several years of childcare experience with children from newborns through age 12, including three years as both a nanny and executive assistant for one family. I helped care for their 8-year-old daughter, managed her extracurricular activities and schedule, prepared meals, assisted with household needs, and supported her through anxiety and OCD with patience, consistency, and reassurance. I was also with the family throughout the mother's pregnancy and helped care for their newborn through age two. Growing up with autistic family members gave me a strong sense of patience, empathy, and understanding for neurodivergent children and their families. I'm calm, dependable, nurturing, and creative, and I enjoy educational activities, crafts, outdoor play, swimming, healthy meal preparation, and helping families stay organized. My goal is to provide a safe, loving environment while becoming someone parents can truly trust and rely on.
