About Hailey

My grandmother has early set dementia and she's almost deaf in both ears. Helping her over the years has helped me find my passion in being a caregiver. I love to help others I'm able to physically handle the workload and also have caring bedside manner. I believe it's important to be patient and compassionate with them as it's always best to keep a positive attitude and good communication skills. I'm also CPR, AED , and First aid trained. I'm looking forward to gaining more experience in this field of work.
