About Dana

Hi! My name is Dana. I've been doing private duty home care for the past 12 years. My responsibilities range from companion care to end of life hospice care. I frequently work in tandem with your home health, palliative care and hospice providers. I'm often hired for medication management or as a care manager helping to navigate the complex healthcare system. Hands on skills include; mobility issues, partial to total transfers, assistance with ADL's, wound care, home dialysis, tube feedings, medication management, and liaison between medical team and family members. I happened into this role 12 yrs ago helping out a friends aunt who needed assistance and have never looked back. It has become my passion to treat our seniors with dignity and respect, facilitating their highest level of functioning within their own environment.
