About Hailey

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, caring and funny! I like working with kids because they are constantly learning new skills and hitting new milestones. I have always had a special place in my heart for children and being able to teach them new things, especially now that I have a child of my own! I'm looking for a job that offers flexibility and creates long term friendships! I started working with kids in high school. I was able to help my parents as a teenager with my siblings. Once out of high school, I worked at a daycare for about a year and babysat for some of the parents. After that, I was able to continue babysitting for other families if needed. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family. I enjoy cooking, organizing, and spending time outside!
